Delivery
Each bridal accessory is made to order and can take between 1 and 4 weeks to dispatch depending on the size and materials. The estimated dispatch time is on each listing but if you are in a hurry, just get in touch and we'll always do our best to squeeze you in!

Items are wrapped in tissue or boxed and then sent tracked or signed. Delivery is free in for mainland UK, and £5 for everywhere else and shipping is combined for more than one item.
Returns
We really hope you love your Kate Saddington hair accessory. Each piece is made to order and takes many hours of intricate work which means are returns policy isn't going to be like Amazon's! We are however, happy to offer returns on unused, as new hair accessories. You will need to let me know within 3 days of receipt and return it to me within 14 days , covering postage, insurance and any import taxes for the return yourself. We do not offer returns on multiple items or bespoke pieces.
